Daren Louison is the owner-operator of VAM Building Inspections, an independent building and pest inspection business based in Frankston, serving Melbourne’s South-East and the Mornington Peninsula. Originally from London, Daren started out as a carpenter, ran a successful floor sanding business, and has operated Victorian Asset Maintenance – a property maintenance and handyman business – since 2009.
Today he brings all of it together: 28+ years on the tools, more than $150 million in projects, and the rare ability to inspect a property and fix what he finds, without ever handing you off to someone else.
